My name is Emilia, and welcome to my journey of sound.

It all started about four years ago under flashing red lights when I stepped into my first NYC club. I could feel the music move through my body as I bathed in the vibrations of the house music being spun on vinyl. There was an instant awakening inside of me. I fell madly in love with how sound can physically hold the body, and that’s where my journey began.

Dancing across Brooklyn ultimately led me to picking up singing bowls for the first time. The bowls brought me to the mountains of New Mexico, where we learned how to sing together. Now, I’ve been spit back out in Connecticut with the opportunity to grow and deepen my practice.

I have completed 30-hour Sound Healing Certification from the talented sound healer Katie Cavenagh, and I am attuned to Reiki Level 2.

Since then, I’ve hosted sound baths in New Mexico, NYC, Provincetown MA, and CT.
